Jennie and I have been residents of Port St. Joe and Gulf County for 15 years. I graduated from Mississippi State University and attended Graduate School of Banking at LSU. My wife Jennie graduated for the University of Southern Mississippi in Marketing. We have raised three children here locally and could not imagine living anywhere else. I also have 25 years of Commercial Banking and Lending experience in the North Florida Markets and have held Executive positions with two community banks in the area. I began selling real estate in Gulf County 12 years ago. Having a banking background enables me to have a unique perspective regarding real estate transactions and know how to properly analyze investment opportunities. I have extensive knowledge regarding real estate risks and the credit markets.
